If you forget your password as a teacher, this is what you should do to get a new password:
- Go to the members login page.
- Click on the link Forgot your password?. This will take you to a page where you can get a new password.
- Enter the email address you used when you registered with us at Helpfulgames.
- Press the button Reset password. This will send an e-mail message to your email within 15 minutes. Follow the instructions in the mail to get a new password. If you do not receive an e-mail message, please check your spam folder.
If you can not remember which email address you used when you signed up, you may try to enter all of your email addresses, one at a time. If you have changed your email address and the old is no longer available, follow the instructions at the help page for changing email address.
