Have you requested a new password or are expecting an invitation to a group or student, but don’t get the e-mail message?
- Our e-mails can take up to 10 minutes to send. We ask you first of all to wait 15 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
- Make sure that it is not stuck in the spam folder. The sender in our messages is usually email@example.com. If the email ended up in the spam folder, please tell your e-mail system that the mail is not spam – otherwise our future messages may also end up as spam in you mail client.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book. This tend to be the safest way to receive our e-mails.
